Register Your Therap Account

To create your Therap account you are required to

  1. Head on to official Therap account.
  2. Put in the Name, Password and Provider Code to your Provider Administrator.
  3. Thereafter, tap on the ‘ Create New User’ button.
  4. After entering your information, Tap on ‘Save’ button.
  5. On successfully saving your information you’re required to inform Provider Administrator’.
  6. Then, Provider Administrator will activate your account.

On successful activation of your Therap account you can now login it.

To login your account on Therap website, all you need to do is:

  • Head on to therap global website.
  • Tap the ‘Login’ button.
  • Now, put in Login Name & Provider Code.
  • Thereafter, tap on the ‘Continue’ button.
  • Enter your Password on upcoming page. THis will lead you to Dashboard.

NOTE: Ensure that the Provider Code is in Upper Case.

What if Therap login failed?

On trying to login Therap account you may encounter the failed error screen You can troubleshoot the error by:

  1. Retry by clicking on the ‘Login’ button.
  2. Login page reloads now, enter the login details again.
  3. Finally, tap on the ‘Continue’ button to login.

Still if you face the same error on Therap login then you must contact your Supervisor.
