Duties

  • Conducted complex and technical inspections while investigating domestic and international pharmaceuticals that produce drugs for the Generic Drug User Fee Amendment (GDUFA) Program distribution.
  • Making plans about manufacturing the products involves generic human or veterinary pharmaceuticals after multi-faceted inspections and depth investigations.
  • Provide extensive advisory and consultative services for various drug programs to regulate federal agencies and agency management.
  • Prepares the report of product background materials regarding substantive issues, findings, conclusions, and proposed solutions, and hires the appropriate staff, including the main decisions.
  • Planning and directing regulatory programs with local officials and consumers on enforcement policies, methods, and interpretation of regulations.
