How to log into HubSpot?

Login your Hubspot account by simply entering your Email & Password, Sign In with Google & Sign In with Microsoft. Or by using Sign In for Enterprise Account, you can SignIn your Hubspot Account.

Login HubSpot as Another User

To perform Hubspot login as another User, you:

  1. Tap on the Settings Icon on your Hubspot account.
  2. Navigate to Users & Teams under Left Sidebar Menu.
  3. Now, point to the User you wish to use your account (on its behalf). Then, tap on the ‘Action’ dropdown menu. Click on ‘Login As User’.
  4. Now, an Email is sent to you, informing about Login.

Now, whatever activity you perform will be recorded under Users Activity.

Some Noteworthy Points

  • Hubspot Customers and Free trial users can only Login into Hubspot Account.
  • On logging in your Hubspot account if you receive ‘You have no accounts’ message then it suggests that you account has been deactivated.
  • You may under go some Code Confirmation step prior to Hubspot account verification.
  • In Case you forget your Password, you can Reset it. Simply, click on the ‘Reset Your Password’ option.

Hubspot Login Not Working?

If you’re unable to Sign in your Hubspot account then, try out these Troubleshoot steps:

  • Use Supportable version of Browser.
  • Ensure that you use Correct Email Address.
  • Check whether your account is activated/deactivated.
  • Look at Hubspot status website for any login issue.
  • Try to login from another network.
  • Activate Third-party Cookies in Chrome Settings.

You can enable Third-party Cookies Settings, by clicking on the three dots then tap on Settings. Then, under ‘Privacy and Security’ section, tap on ‘Cookies and other site data’. Then, tap on ‘Allow all cookies’.

Turn On 2-Factor Authentication for HubSpot Login

Setup two-factor Authentication in Hubspot account, simply:

  1. Click on the Settings Icon in Top navigation Bar.
  2. Now, tap on ‘Security’ under ‘General’ section.
  3. Cleck on ‘Set up two-factor authentication’ option.
  4. Lastly, download the 10 Backup Verification codes are provided to you.

If you encounter any issue while logging in your Hubspot account then, you can access Verification Code by clicking on the ‘Use verification code‘ option.
